General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop thesocialanimeclub.de . A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

3. Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of the products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking on “Order” you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) We will send you an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we dispatch the order or expressly declare acceptance.

4. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices include statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately (e.g. Germany €3.95, Austria €5.95, free shipping for orders over €100).
(3) You can pay using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Klarna etc.).

5. Delivery / Shipping
(1) Each order is freshly produced for you. Production time: 2–3 working days.
(2) Delivery time: Germany 2–3 working days, Austria approx. 3–5 working days.
(3) We offer free shipping on orders over €100.

6. Right of withdrawal and return
(1) Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
(2) The time limit begins upon receipt of the goods.
(3) Please send us an email to support@thesocialanimeclub.com to register your cancellation. We will send you the return information.
(4) The buyer shall bear the costs of return shipping.
(5) After the return and inspection, we will refund the purchase price within 2 working days to the original payment method.

7. Warranty / Liability for Defects
The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, you can demand subsequent performance, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract.

8. Liability
(1) We shall only be liable for damages caused by slight negligence if essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are breached.
(2) Liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages, to the extent permitted by law.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which is part of these terms and conditions.

10. Final Provisions
(1) German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
